ACTIVIST CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATED BY TYLER ROBINSON

 

This story is a mixture of sad, unfortunate and a reminder that freedom of speech is not too free these days. Its seems like people like activist Charlie Kirk can pay a heavy price for their right to speak out. Recently the republican debater Charlie Kirk, lost his life September 10, 2025 by being assassinated by Tyler Robinson,22, a young Utah Native &  someone who clearly does not agree with Charlie’s political message & decided to unalive him this past week. Charlie Kirk born October of 1993, was an American political activist, author, and media personality. He was vocal on all of his platforms being a conservative and a huge supporter of the MAGA movement where he was one of the prominent voices speaking out for the Republian Party.  

Reports from family & friends say that Tyler Robinson had a close-knit family, scored well on standardized tests, and earned a 4.0 GPA. Sounds like he was too smart for his own good. But

he was typically quiet, liked video gaming and the political interest came from his family. They at  one time supported Trump and now  Trump as well as Charlie are two people that Tyler are not too fund of in the political realm. Like something happened where a big change took place. 

It is Something that stands out for me. A saying that grown ups had when I was younger, “Stay out of grown folks business”.  I question why someone so young is over consumed with politics unless he was listening to adult chatter. Because we as adults say things that we know we would not act on. What was Tyler Robinson hearing? What kind of communication was being placed in his spirit in regards to Charlie Kirk? From the reports it seems as though Robinson was so perturbed by Charlie Kirk that he went as far as to  write individual  statements on the bullets he had made for Kirk before taking his life. I mean this is hate at a high level. Not to mention once the video surfaced Tyler was turned in by his own father. 

As always, once things go viral People online begin to express mixed emotions, some even condoning the killing due to Kirk's political stand while living. But many are concerned with the fact that someone is killed by words that they speak. Not specific actions given to the person who took their life. 

The good thing is that not all is over. Charlie Kirk’s wife plans to continue his mission and even his tours that were planned for the fall. Her first remarks after the shooting was: “If you thought that my husband’s mission was powerful before, you have no idea. You have no idea what you just have unleashed across this entire country,” she said.
